I just rebuilt the front end on my 50 3800.
New king pins, shocks, tie rod straightened and new ends. dance
Pulled the pitman arm and the steering arm, had the holes welded up, drilled and reamed to fit a modern tie rod. I took the old drag link and tried to measure approximate centers but everything was a mess. I came up with 12.75". headscratch
Is there a length that is correct?
How do you know?
I should have this right before I adjust the toe-in... right?

Almost done...
