Hy LevisPop, you can get a lot more leaverage using the flywheel teeth than on the balancer. Try a little bit in each direction if you get it to move at all. Sometimes they just are too rusted in the bores to turn over. If you know someone with a boroscope you could put it down the spark plug holes and check the condition of the bores, good luck.
