Your cable connections are dirty. Give the battery posts a good scrubbing with a wire brush, and scrape the insides of the cable terminals with a pocketknife or scrub them with a round wire brush made specificaly for cleaning cables. It doesn't matter how "clean" the terminals appear to be. I've been solving the vast majority of "no crank" complaints with this procedure for over 50 years.
