at 46 those 2 "scrawny" bolts i've used for years have help keep me from being the "scrawny one" by saving my back. i do remember being told: work smart not hard! combined with a 4x4 wooden jig and a hand cranked boat winch inside the rig they have earned their place in my tool box.
