On my Rochester B it has the classic warp and was in such bad shape I was about to toss it but at then decided there was nothing to lose , so when I rebuilt it I made my own gasket out of gas grade cork material from the local auto parts store , I used the gasket in the rebuild kit for a pattern . the cork has enough compression to make up for the warped air horn so now there are no leaks . you have to calculate the thickness of the cork when setting the float level but it worked for me .
