Thanks for the info. I will give it a shot. Incidentally does it matter which port goes where. One is marked "in" and the other is marked "out" so i would guess "in" to the intake and "out" to the wipers?
Air is sucked in to the wiper motor. I would think you need a line from there to the 'in' port on the pump. The 'out' going air would be sucked into the intake.
