Thanks for the advice. I've got a dual action pump on it's way ($100) Not many to be had. The ones autozone carried stopped production on them and they are out of stock. Here locally all I could find is a Carter M73005. Everyone else wanted to sell me an inline electric and a blank plate for the hole in the block. I may have considered that route, but i really wanted the vacuum assist for the wipers.
