| | | | Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 53 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 53 | this part is a retainer for the bolts that go through it, flatten the tabs before installation and bend them back up against the bolt head to keep them from backing out, just a better lock washer...........
