Ron (WE b OLD), what percent overdrive T5 do you have? They range from 18% to around 30% overdriven in fifth gear. 60 mph with your tires, a 2.73 rear, and 30% OD (1.91 final gearing) would only be 1400 rpm and I was wondering if the 235 can handle hills or a headwind with that gear. The 18% ( 2.24 final gearing) would be around 1625 rpm at 60mph which would be closer to a 235's torque band I would think. Do you by chance have a tach to see what the revs are at 60mph?
