I used POR-15 on a lot of my parts & was very happy with the results. I brushed it on & it looked as good as if I sprayed it. I still used a respirator because I am sensitive to isocyanates. Take a look These parts were badly rusted & I just sanded them with 80 grit on a DA sander, preped the metal & brushed on the POR-15.
