I used Eastwood's Epoxy Primer, but any brand will do a great job. Then I used Chassis Black as a top coat. I've had a few chips in the top coat here and there, but the epoxy is indestructible. The chips are easy to scuff and spray a little more Chassis Black in the aerosol can. Much easier than dealing with POR15 in my opinion. I have used POR15 on the underside of my fenders with a lot of success.
