I used the replacement radiator from LMC...best price and am running a/c with the condensor in front of the rad. Have a 6 blade fan on my adaptor plate early water pump (1960 engine)with no overheating problems. Did add a pusher fan for extended periods of idling but haven't needed it.

As for the flywheel....count the teeth...a 168 count is the 12 volt flywheel and requires a 12 volt (red tag) starter. A 139 count will indicate a 6 volt flywheel which will require a 6 volt(black tag) starter which can be run at either 6v or 12 v. The 12 v starter will NOT work on the 6 v. flywheel and vice-versa. Easy way to identify voltage of starters....the 12 volt starter has a bendix drive gear that is about 1" in diameter and the exposed shaft is 1/2". The 6 volt starter drive is appreciably larger...about 1-1/4" gear diameter and the exposed armature shaft is closer to 5/8".

As for your splines...they should match...both my 139 tooth and 168 tooth flywheels are 9 bolt P/Plates...11-1/2" across flats to holes. One was using a 10-1/2" clutch, the other a 9-1/2 with the same pressure plate. I replaced the 10-1/2 with a 9-1/2 as the 10-1/2 extended beyond the pressure plate contact surface. Hope this helps.
