| | | | Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 217 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 217 | The rings that were sent for my 56 235 from Hastings have a three piece oil control ring. The manual talks about a four ring set: a top rail, bottom rail, a spacer and a flex ring.
What Hastings sent only have three rings: two rails and a flex ring (zig zag metal ring). Has the design changed? I checked their application list and the part number is correct. Can someone explain the change? | | |
