Update: Pulled the pan off and No broken fuel pump arm! Found about a 1/4" of sludge in the bottom of the pan which was expected on a vehicle this old, everything else looked great. Just put a fresh coat of primer/paint on the pan while I had it off. Should have it back on the engine in no time.
