I'd go with Dynacorn repop steel fenders. Chev's of '40's sells them and Bob Adler Restorations in Stephentown NY is also a dealer of them.(See his ad in Hemmings). I've seen them and while the gauge of steel is thinner than the originals they look and fit pretty good. There is always some need to tweak the fit of repop fenders to fit your truck.
