Well Lou sent me a copy of the template but I see now that who ever installed this spot not only drilled the hole crooked but they didn't have the correct bracket for an AD truck.
Soooo, I ordered the correct bracket, bushing and template kit, two weeks ago. And according to the customer service guy, they are swamped with only two guys to handle that CS, tech lines and it sounds like a bunch of other tasks. Must be some sort of cost cutting deal or something. He couldn't tell me when my kit would be shipped or anything about it, says they aren't set up for that and he has to physically go out and check up on the order. Also says that sometimes it takes 4-6 weeks and that they had to order them so apparently they are having some of their parts made by outside vendors.
Bottom line is, allow your self plenty of lead time when dealing with Unity.
