I have one in every car I drive. I seen to many cars catch fire at the dragstrip that didn't have one close by. My '37 is mounted to drivers kick panel, it easy grab on the way out the door!
My uncles Stanley Steamer has two, and one was right at your feet! Setting behind a 500psi boiler with out one was crazy.
