It had this cool looking Stewart Warner tach hose clamped to the steering column. I would like to put it in my 49 with a 6 volt 235. I do not know if the 53 was 6 or 12 volts. The tach has two wires off of the back. One was hooked to the ground and the other was loose under the hood. I am thinking it goes to the coil? or distributor? Not really sure where else it could go? Any ideas? I think i got the links right to the pics. http://i46.photobucket.com/albums/f129/Ibendcars/Green%2053%20Chevy/IMG-20110924-00107.jpghttp://i46.photobucket.com/albums/f129/Ibendcars/Green%2053%20Chevy/IMG-20110924-00114.jpg
