I have a 1953 Powerglide 235 engine in my '51 Suburban. I know the last time I tried to find a cam for this engine I had no luck. This was about 25 years ago. It seemed to be an odd duck.
When I rebuilt the engine, I reused the old cam. It has been running fine all these years, but some of my lifters are making noise, and I'm thinking about replacing the cam and lifters. I have a new set of lifters that have been sitting on the shelf these past 25 years.
Anyway, was curious to know where I could get a cam for this engine? Anyone making them?
