Look for an up to 1967 VW headlight switch and wiper switch tool.
It has two little "feet" or "lugs" and a bore of about 5/32. About 2" long with a "T" handle. It was used to remove the retainers so you could pull the switches. They used to be on all the tool trucks, but I haven't been on one lately. I think I've still got one here somewhere.
It looks like KD sells it today as a 1/4" drive deep well radio removal tool, too.
