It's bound to be some sort of import. I think even the "Carter" brand name has been hung on imported junk now, which is the reason I reccomended a NOS unit that was still made in the USA. 5-8 PSI is a LOT of fuel pressure, so be sure the carb doesn't flood. The volume looks OK for anything short of a multi-carb setup, but you might want to consider including a pressure regulator in the system.
