AAw shucks guys, taint that I’m to stupid to figure all these “labor saving” gadgets out, it just that I hate to have to do it every time I want to punch in the stations on the radio or T&V, or set the clock or use the timing light. It just seems like all these “labor saving” gadgets actually take three times as much time as they’re supposed to save.
I could operate a timing light with out a manual, I could tune in the radios with out having to look at it while I was driving, the stove had a knob that turned on the gas and I didn’t have to set the timer to know when it was hot, the TV tuner was a knob turned to the right or left and I didn’t have to reprogram the dehumidifier every time the power went out.
“labor saving” gadgets, not really all they’re cracked up to be sometimes!
