Ter Shop Shark T Joined: May 2002 Posts: 144 Nelson BC Canada	It is for a hand brake (e brake, parking brake). The bigger trucks (3/4 ton and 1 ton) had a 4 speed floor shift and they had a mounting on the right side of them for the hand brake to bolt to. The bigger trucks also ...same thing.
