John - the TF years did have a 1T w/ pickup box, but they were the xtra long 9' beds, which that one appears not to be, I'd say the model number is right, a 3/4T

57 should have a T in the vin and the configuration is wrong on yours, if it was indeed a govt truck, the vin you note would likely be a govt number
