I'm ready to start work on the interior. I don't know where to start. Any suggestions? My goal is to eventually remove the cab from the frame so that I can blast and paint the frame and start putting it back together. Once the cab is off it will go to someone to repair a bit of rust and do the painting.

While I'm asking questions can someone tell me what
this is? It's mounted on the inside passenger side
here . Also what kind of
screw head is this and what kind of tool fits it?
