My Chevrolet trucks Book mentions the custom cab on the C60 and C80 in 1964 but doesn't say if this was the last year. Haven't seen a 1965 or 1966 for sale with it.
I can see the extra chrome on the rear corners of the cab but what else did you get when you ticked the custom cab option?
