I don't know if your Dayton wheels have press-in or thread-in studs.
This may sound too obvious, but press-in studs will press out. You just need a suitable support to avoid distortion of the hub and a big enough press. Don't expect them to move for a love tap from a tiny tack hammer.
If they are thread-in, you might get a stud extractor/installer to do the job after a repeated soaking with penetrating oil but you might have to resort to more forceful methods. If kindness doesn't work, heat may help. One way is to get a nut that is meant for the stud (can have threads in poor condition or stripped) thread or shove it a bit less than half the depth of the nut onto the stud and weld it solidly in place filling the hole in the nut as you work out. Once it has lost the cheerful red colour but before it is fully cooled apply some more of your favorite penetrating oil at the wheel/stud joint that will at least partly go up in stinking smoke, place your socket and impact gun that you thoughtfully placed near by before welding onto the newly made hex on the stud and have at it. Many very stubborn studs and sheared bolts have come loose with this method. It works better on short studs as the heat cycle has less distance to travel to free the rust. Applying heat to the parent metal the stud is threaded into by another way should have the same effect but for a big lump of steel you will also need a big torch. Sorry if it seems I'm stating the obvious here.
