If it ain't broke don't fix it.
The way my luck goes I'd replace it and then the seal wouldn't seat quite perfectly and start leaking. Then I'd have to pull the pan again and fight to get all that fresh gasket material off, not get it all completly off and have a leak at the pan. By the time I've had the pan down for the 3rd time I'd be so [censored] I'd forget where I put the bolts and have to run to the store and get replacements where upon returning home I'd see the pile of bolts sitting right there under the truck.........
