I replaced my Huck wheel cylinders with USA built ones from Carter, and have had no problem with them (about two years ago.) The USA ones were about twice the price of the junk ones, but well worth it. Don't know if they are still available.
That said, the master cylinder (made in Argentina) was junk, and Carter did refund my $. I ended up getting a rebuild kit from NAPA and had a local shop rebuild my original one. No problems since, and I'm using DOT 3. Good luck!
