For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jul 2007 Posts: 5 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Jul 2007 Posts: 5 | I am a newbie to the forum with a 46 1 1/2 ton wrecker that shut off yesterday while running great. I don't have power to the coil, but my question is about the setup- the high tension lead comes off the bottom and goes to the distributor cap- on the top is a small wire going to the distributor and a larger lead that looks like a speedometer cable that goes to the ignition switch. How can I remove this lead to check it? Thanks for your help. Paul | | |
