For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Mar 2006 Posts: 14 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Mar 2006 Posts: 14 | Hi, My best guess is that the water pump takes 80W90 gear oil but if anyone has a suggestion please let me know. It is original equipment and I do not want risk burning if out as it is orignal equipment. Briggs and Stratton was great emailing me the manual for the 1940 Briggs and Stratton Single that powers it but all I know about the pump is that it is a 1940 made by Hale in Coshohocket? PA. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Norm | | |
