#77366 05/09/2007 8:37 PM | Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 5,337 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 5,337 | I have done many T5 conversions without an adapter, and I cut 1" off the retainer and 1/4" off the input shaft. You would need to subtract the thickness of the adapter from the 1" and you may not need to cut the shaft.
