alright I like the shaved drip rail look for my 53 so today i drilled them off. well after i did that i found lots of rust and pitting. Nothing all the way through so that is good but it got me thinking how do i repair pitting? I can clean the rust out with wire brushing or sand blasting but as far as filling in the pits after they are clean whats the proper way to do that?

this really applies to any surface of the truck with pitting like along the back side of the cab along the belt line. How are you guys filling the pits?

i will post pix as soon as I get them uploaded.

I hate when people leave their brains at home. Seriously when did critical thinking and customer service go out the window? How about common sense and striving to go the extra mile? Idiots, surrounded by idiots it tell you.
