Thanks guys, the floor is poured concrete with no visible cracks on the surface.

The relative humidity on the inside of the garage is more than the outside for sure. There are NO ventilation areas. We took out some old wood doors and most of the doors had mold/warping on the bottom of the doors. So i think the water either came in from the walls or who knows.

Ill work on pictures today and repost ASAP.
