Least expensive -" Whirlygig" exhaust fan on roof near peak ( wind powered ). Add a couple of vents to lower part of garage door or mandoor.
Better solution - install an electric vent fan near peak of roof, controlled by humidistat. Install a couple of vents low down around perimeter.
