| | | | Joined: May 2011 Posts: 99 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: May 2011 Posts: 99 | I was talking with a friend about the issues I had with my truck and he asked if I wanted to buy a 250 inline 6 from his 1966 pickup. He has headers on it and told me it runs well but he just put a 350 in his truck. I could probably get it cheap. Is this something worth doing? What are the advantages over the 235? I know the mounts are different but Langdon has a kit for that. I also know the bellhousing is different but that would allow a more modern tranny.
Is this a difficult swap?
