It will be interesting to see what the dyno figures are. When air/fuel mixtures are subjected to abrupt directional changes, like a 90° leg in a manifold or a mini cyclone like this spacer might induce, the fuel droplets can be thrown out of the air stream, being heavier than air. This can lead to decreased performance and other problems. I don't know if this is true but I remember reading it years ago.
