So i have a 52 chevy 3100. 216 engine. has anyone ran diesel oil in there engine? I am reading very positive things about this. My engine was rebuilt in 1978.(i actually have the paperwork. cost $700 for a complete overhaul back then!) anyway, it still runs. i have some small oil leaks, but nothing serious yet. at this time i also do not have an oil filter.

I'm sure this could spark some controversey....additionally...anyone use "seafoam?"
