haven't seen anyone that sells them ... there were a few variations in the design of that terminal and the plastic/rubber piece it mounts thru, and you might have one that has come loose - watch it inside as you try to tighten it and see if the base of the stud is turning, could be an easy fix - not hard to remove it and determine the solution
