The threads on the distributor terminal stud of my 52 half ton seem to be stripped (I can't tighten the nut on the outside that holds the wire coming from the coil). Does anyone know if I have to buy a new terminal stud, or can I take it apart and find a bolt the right size and saw off the head?
If I do have to buy a new one, who sells them? None of the online places I've checked so far seem to carry them.
