1fletch, I just had my 1940 Chevy 1-1/2 Ton tank cleaned and coated. The drivers side of the tank has a pipe plug, the passenger side has about a 2" brass extension; 1/8" NPT on one end and 1/4" NPT on the other. Then a 4-Way Brass Fitting that has the extension on one side, block off fitting on one, shut-off petcock on one and the fuel outlet fitting on the other. This truck was bought new by my grandfather and only has 21,133 miles on it, so I am pretty sure it is OEM stock.
