thanks to all, i am still working on the truck, my sons and i put the gas tank on, redid some gas lines and today will give it a tune up. as for the shifter, from my understanding its a camaro shifter on the floor. i did see the cable that leads to the tranny which is all home made, i will try to adjust it.
