Well thanks, I guess I will try a little harder to stay calm, that is not a strong point of mine. I have a friend local that I can get to help me with cam degree-ing, maybe.I knew the motor was way low powered, I do have experiences some of this. I should be able to advance the cam via my Cloyes timing gears, the crank gear is slotted in 3 places for that.
Just a little disappointing.

That's good, tighten it up till it strips, then back it off a quarter turn!
