I believe that splash apron is the same as the one on my Chevy '50 COE. The key is the attachment brackets on the underside which are different than the 1/2 ton. The attachment bolts go through the bumper brackets in a vertical fashion, rather than the horizontal orientation in the 1/2 ton. Thus, it should fit 47-53 1 1/2 and 2 ton trucks (standard cab and COE)with the large channel bumper.
The rectangle with 2 holes is for the license plate holder and the other 2 are non factory, probably to mount signal lights.
