I don't understand the purpose of that device. A little 216 operates at such low pressures.

I figure it does nothing...it is just a fellow who is an "accessories junkie" and had to install it in his truck.

Perhaps the resident experts will chime in and share some knowledge about the operation of the item.... I sure hope so!
