Sheesh...there goes that cigar again. Just so I understand all this stuff, the ported vacuum hole in the carburetor is above the throttle plate and sees zero vacuum until the throttle is partially opened. When the throttle plate is opened more, vacuum drops and the advance unit springs back...is this correct!
