superpieboy Wrench Fetcher S Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 53 louisiana	the carb insulator did have this notch and the gasket has the notch cut out there aswell, they are lined up, this carb came off a 235 and it is now on my new rebuilt 261. Jeff Mays 1962 Chevy P-10 Ice Cream Truck
