Thats what I figured. I took it apart, filed the hole in the keeper, spread the spring, eplaced the leather skinny pad.Still no luck in it biting snd keeping the brake on...I'm stumped, very little parts to screw up...I might try to get another cinch bar and see if thats the problem... Where can I get one of those?
