I bought the ones sold by Classicparts.com. It's cheaper than a full regulator, and the knurls are correct. But it's narrower and the holes don't line up with the old retainer, so you have to drill new holes. Something seems off on the tension, but I also might have messed something up. You have to drill out the rivets holding the existing parts. The ones that came with the new gears seemed cheap to me, so I used short screws and nuts instead. I had a VERY hard time holding the tension while I put it all together, and that's why I think I might have messed something up. It also could be that since the alignment is not an exact thing, I may have set it too close or something. When you remove the old parts, the arm wants to spring way past the geared portion. If I'd have known ahead of time, I'd have clamped it somehow, allowing a drop in of the new gear.
