Hi guys, long time no speak.
The starter on my 63 GMC fleetside (305 V-6 engine) is FUBAR'ed.
I have the factory service manual which gives Delco Remy part numbers of 1107751.
Can anyone please give me any info on other starters which may fit?
I have had the unit for the 366 Chevy suggested to me by the guys on 60-66 GMC board, but unfortunately only NAPA part numbers ( 46-4078, 46-4841 and 46-5103) which I'm struggling to cross-reference from this side of the Atlantic.
My hope is that one of these will also apply to a British or European vehicle, FLT or similar which will, as you'll understand, make it easier for me to source the part.
